Here is a mini bio of the short life of your station ! Cinemix was created in 2003 on the Live365 Network by me, Chris a movies' lover and graphic designer. The playlist began with 50 albums in rotation only! At the end of 2008 Cinemix was listed in the Radio Tuner of iTunes (under Classical) and under Soundtracks in WindowsMedia. There were special schedule like "asian session", "french connection" and many others based on particular artists. In 2004 and 2005 Cinemix was nominated twice for one of the best stations of Live365! In June 2008 and thanks to Randy from Fastserv technology, Cinemix has got its own server in the USA. After one month, the 1rst big listeners' peak reached 170 ! In the same time the station became editor's pick at Live365. Where are coming all these soundtracks from? -first, movies of course and DVDs... -friends and listeners as seen on the frontpage. -discovered on other good stations of AOL or Live365.
